classes

Today I get to see what Body discipline for the actor is like. I also get to see what the image of women in literature class is gonna be like.

I've been to history of costume and script analysis and both of those classes seem like I'm gonna learn a lot. I Can't wait!!!

I hope this semester is a great one and I pass with all A's and B's. :D

God, I really really love school. (when I'm learning about things, I actually want to learn about)

Christmas time in the Hill.

I just want to say Merry Christmas to everyone! I hope your eve of christmas and your Christmas Day are extra special ones. (I'm working christmas day. :( soo not cool)

I'm excited to get going back to school on the 5th. I passed all my classes with b's and an A. I wanted all A's but that's not too darn bad for being out of school for about 5 years before I decided to go back.

I hope I get all A's and one B this semester, but.... I have 3 classes that require a lot of reading, and I'm not so great at that. :D sooooo I'm hoping for all B's. hehe

Anyways. Merry Christmas again, to whomever reads this. :D

Update

Well I was told by a friend of mine that I should update my blog. ;)

I don't have anything exciting to update with.

I put in to direct the kids play again this summer, or if they have a summer special I put in for that too, it would be awesome to direct a play with adults. :D but I'd be happy working with the kids again, I'm so not picky.

School is going great, got my classes picked out for next semester and to my surprise Sarah C. (from Camelot. didn't want to use her last name) is going to be in my script analysis class. YAY!!!! I can't wait! She's looking like she's doing so great!

So can't wait till summer because I get to do Stage West again! weeeeee I can't wait till the day I get to be on stage again. :D

That was my update, Peace out and power to my fellow actors.

And welcome Pete to the land of Blogging!!

Zzzzzzz <--- that's what I dream about.

Oh my gosh. I never realized how much work was involved with being a junior at a university. Community college definitely doesn't prepare you for it. Ofcourse it has been about 4 or 5 year since I've been out of college. The overwhelming amounts of reading is just well, overwhelming. hehe

I had to drop the play reading committee. :( I totally couldn't do both at once.

I also had to drop my Stage Managing for "The Uninvited". I just couldn't do it all, I felt so bad but thank God Andrea and June were really understanding.

I still work full time and go to school full time and (well I've been tired since birth) but now it feels like I'm always tired. I haven't got 8 hours of sleep in a long time. I work and go to schoola nd i have to be up all 7 days of the week at 6am and sometimes earlier for work. like 5am. :( so it goes starting from sunday: work, school, work, school, work, school, work work. no day of rest. I even forgot all about the meeting wed. I don't think Ir ealized it was wed. and I got a reminder phone call 3 days before, but still I forgot. that's another thing my memory is really bad and it's torture for these classes I'm taking. I wish I had something that would beep when I need to remember something or just say Jenn don't forget.... cause I'd forget my name if I didn't use it all the time.

Also the gas is killing me. I filled up on monday and I need to fill up again on friday. I'm looking to move to tampa maybe by the summer, that will at least reduce gas costs and maybe help sleepwise depending on where I get a job at. who knows.

As for now all I can say is I'm still excited to be in school but I'm really really tired and I would kill for 16 hours of sleep. hahaha. but in the end I'll have a degree and maybe hopefully I will have a career. who knows...

hopefully next time I have something fun to report. we are going away for thanksgiving that should be nice. hopefully some rest in there. ;)

well until next time.

Update.

Stage managing for "The Uninvited" : I think it's gonna be a good show. We have a good cast and with Andrea directing I know it's gonna be good. She definitely knows her stuff and knows how to direct!

Going back to school: A bit scary at my age considering I'm not a young chickadee anymore. But, I'm also very excited to be going back to be learning things I'm really looking foward to learning. Can't wait to have a degree other than an A.A. maybe I can actually have a career!

Work: Still sucks.

well that's all until my next post.

movies, movies, movies

I saw The Golden Compass just recently actally not a half bad movie. I enjoyed it. When they come out with the next one I'll probably watch that one too.
I saw Dan in Real Life another one that I really enjoyed. Some might say it's a bit slow moving but I liked it. I wish they would have showed his relationship with his daughters a bit more, but altogether it was a good movie.

I'm looking foward to:
Indiana Jones and the kingdom of the crystal skull (or as I like to call it: Indiana Jones and teh castle greyskull)
The Dark Knight
Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

NOt dying to see these but I might go see them or rent them from netflix:
Iron Man
The Incredible Hulk
Get Smart
Wall-E
The Happening ( I love M. NIght)
The Love Guru (probably gonna be crap but might be entertaining crap)
Mama Mia

That's all I can think of so far.

Damn, I need to get some sleep it's 2:30am
